SA-B02 assault rifle from Specna Arms was made mostly of a uniform zinc and aluminium alloy, with the use of steel elements in the most critical points of the replica (steel are all screws, pins and tactical suspension bracket). The battery-carrying SF flask as well as the pistol grip was made of polymeric plastic. The body of the replica and the RIS bus system have been subjected to the anodization process , which guarantees a high degree of protection of the replica against corrosion. The painting of the replica itself was made by pulverizing process after the surface was subjected to sandblasting. This provides a much higher than usual resistance of the applied paint to abrasion. The spring replacement process is now even faster than with the previous version of the system.
Thanks to the SAEC ™ System, there is no need to remove the gearbox from the replica- just remove the flask guide (without the use of tools - it is fixed with a screw ring and latch), and then unscrew the special pin under it, along with the bearing spring guide. Replace the main springs, screw the spindle back into the body, attach the flask, then ... we're back to the game! The whole operation takes literally a moment, and what to repeat: it does not require any tools .
The advantages of the SAEC ™ System system are difficult to overestimate. In the light of the prevailing tendency across Europe to apply legal limitations to the muzzle velocity of replicas and existing arrangements within the environments themselves, this system provides the user with considerable opportunities and a lot of freedom. The SAEC ™ System system allows The mainspring should be replaced with a minimum of time , and consequently, the replica's muzzle velocity should be adapted to the area of the game in order to guarantee an ideal compromise between fire-fighting efficiency and self-protection and other players.
The replica has been fully adapted to cooperate with LiPo and LiFe batteries. Thanks to the initial initial outlet velocity of ~ 425 FPS guaranteed by a factory-mounted main spring, the replica is ideal for medium-range operations. The set also includes an M90 type spring , which allows you to reduce the initial speed to ~ 325 FPS, making the replica perfectly adapted to carry out operations on short distances or inside buildings.
The gearbox, which is reinforced at the height of the cylinder head, hides a steel spring guide which is a part of the SAEC ™ System system and is mounted on 8-millimeter ball bearings and steel washers . The system is secured by means of four anti-reversing pawls. The light piston made of polycarbonate plastic has been provided with a set of steel teeth to increase its strength. A type 2 cylinder and a steel interrupter as well as a metal hop-up chamber were also used here .

The replica was equipped with a 22mm RIS rails, a set of RIS front Float type rails and an adjustable flask. On the upper RIS rail there are metal flip-up sights, but they can be freely replaced by any optoelectronic aiming device. Thanks to the retractable flask ending with a non-slip texture foot, it is possible to adjust the length of the replica to the construction and the shooter's preferences. The standard flame suppressor is mounted on a 14-millimeter left-handed thread , which allows you to attach a silencer in its place.
To increase the realism of the game, the replica was also equipped with a functional lock release .
In the set with the replica there is also a steel hi-cap magazine, holding 300 balls.
