G&G - CM16 Raider LMG - Black
This is G&G’s first none Historical Support Weapon, but it certainly takes cues from a selection real life support weapons and does a good job a creating something unique. It has a M4 lower receiver which allows the CM16-LMG to use either it’s included box mag or normal M4 AEG magazines which is a bonus on the odd occasion you forget to get the batteries for the box mag.
The flash hider has the look of the one you will find on the M60 VN, the upper receiver is a true LMG style with a top cover that hinges up to allow the placement of the fake dummy rounds in the feed shoot.
On the rear of the LMG is G&G’s GOS Stock with it’s built in storage space that can now be used for storing your spare CR123 batteries instead of the secret stash os smarties.
The heart of this LMG you have G&G's reliable full-metal gearbox, Electronic Trigger Unit and MOSFET (common amongst the G&G Intermediate range). The LMG is a select fire weapon which is a bonus if you play at sites that only allow semi auto.
The build quality is solid, no creaks at all and the performance is outstanding and when we tested one on our chrono it came in at a very site friendly 310 FPS with very little variance from shot to shot. The CM16-LMG comes with a 2500rd box mag which is powered by two CR123 batteries and its self winding so no external switches needed or to damage.
