This is the new improved version of the original EC105, the gearbox system has been changed to allow quick change of the spring without removal of the gearbox from the lower and is accessed through the buffer tube.

The Geissele style rail cuts down on weight compared to the more traditional HK416 Quad Rail system, the butt stock and pistol grip are the correct HK style for this platform and offer great control and comfort with a solid build quality.
The EC105 is fully trademarked on both the receiver and rail system, the Ec105 is constructed of metal with a polymer stock and pistol grip.
