The main party trick of this rugged workhorse is the 'KWA Kinetic Feedback System', or to those of us who can see past marketing hyperbole, a hard-kicking mechanical recoil system which will shake your bones something fierce. Rather than a poxy dust cover rattling around, this system moves a heavy weight in the Buffer Tube to simulate recoil, resulting in a much heavier 'oomf' each time you pull the trigger.
The other major feature of note is the Quick Change Spring System, which allows you to change the Main Spring in your gun without disassembling or even removing the gearbox. This system is accessed via the rear of the Buffer Tube, and it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to wear eye protection during this process, as there is extra tension due to the recoil system.
Internally the Ronin TK.45 AEG 3.0 features a highly upgraded and reinforced full metal gearbox, packaged with an 'ultra-durable heat-treated gear set', 9mm Steel Bearings, a high torque motor that yields 20% faster speeds than standard, and cutouts ready to accept drop-in Electronic Trigger Units such as the GATE Titan.
Externally, the Ronin TK.45 AEG 3.0 is extremely well built, featuring high quality materials used for the externals such as the Aluminium MIL-STD 1913 M-LOK Handguard. This Rail System allows you to attach 20mm RIS/RAS and M-LOK accessories, coming included with 2 x short RIS/RAS sections in the box to install at your will. The end of the Barrel Assembly has a super compact Alloy Suppressor, which can be removed to make use of the 14mm CCW Thread underneath (provided you have removed the grub screw from the Suppressor first). Behind the Mock Bolt with the Charging Handle pulled, you will find a one-piece Rotary HOP Unit. The Receiver features fully Ambidextrous Controls, including the Fire Selector, Magazine Release, Bolt Release and Charging Handle. This makes it an ideal choice for left handed players, whilst still being completely functional as normal for right handed players. An Ambidextrous Sling Plate on the Buffer Tube makes connecting a standard sling very easy, and a QD Sling Socket can be made use of on the Sliding Stock for the connection of Quick Release Slings. The Six Position Sliding PTS Enhanced Stock completes the package at the rear, allowing you to set the perfect length for you, and making it easier to transition into tighter spaces. The Stock is where you Battery will be housed, accessed by removing the Butt Pad to reveal the Mini Tamiya connector inside.

We are aware that KWA recommend the use of 11.1v Lipo with this replica however we have found that this can cause damage to the piston by stripping teeth therefore we only recommend that 7.4v is used and we will not warranty any damage caused by the use of 11.1v batteries
The externals of the replica are metal where they would be on the real world gun. This includes things like the outer barrel, handguard, and receiver. If a real world gun has polymer parts then the gun will still be marked as full metal externals, examples of this would be an M4, where the Stock and Pistol grip are always made from Polymer.
